Klarna - Pay later
Receive your goods first and pay within 30 days of the invoice date
No interest or fees if the invoice is paid on time
The option to pause the invoice via the Klarna app in the event of, for example, a delivery delay
Invoicing is handled by Klarna AB in accordance with their terms
Card payment
We accept payments via the following cards and digital solutions:

Apple Pay
Google Pay
All card payments are handled via certified payment partners and are encrypted to industry standard.
Norillo never stores any card details.
3. Delivery & Shipping
Delivery cost and free delivery
Delivery cost: the exact cost is always shown at checkout before you complete your order
Free delivery: available on qualifying orders
Delivery time
Your order is normally dispatched within 3-5 working days from our warehouse.
During periods of high demand, some products may be sent from one of our international warehouses.
In such cases, the delivery time is usually 5-9 working days, although longer delivery times may occur.
The country of origin and estimated delivery time are always stated in the order confirmation.
Import and charges
If your order is sent from one of our international warehouses, you as the customer are legally the importer.
This means that import VAT, customs duties or other charges may be added on top of the price shown on our website.
These are handled by the relevant customs authority and postal carrier in accordance with applicable rules.
We work only with reliable logistics partners to ensure that your order is delivered quickly, safely and with tracking.
